I'm a nutritionist and I help people find their own path to healthy eating without going to extremes. My approach is to make you feel good without feeling stressed about eating ‘right’. I believe that healthy eating is not about prohibitions and restrictions, but about balance, mindfulness of your own body and gradual changes that can be implemented in your life without too much effort. My goal is to help you better understand what your body needs and how food can work for you. I do not give rigid recommendations or one-size-fits-all diets, but work with your habits and needs. After the consultation, you will know exactly how to choose the foods that are right for you and how to create sustainable healthy habits. I like to work with people who want to change their diet but are not ready for drastic and uncomfortable changes. If it's important for you to feel comfortable and at ease with what you eat, if you want to eat consciously and without pressure, I'm ready to help you find your way.

Making an appointment for a consultation

It's simple: you fill out the form on the website or write to me, indicating your main requests. You can also write any questions that concern you.

Online meeting

The consultation takes place in a format that is convenient for you - via video or chat. We will analyse your eating habits, discuss how you feel and what your goals are. This will not be a standard ‘proper nutrition’, but an individual approach that works for you.

Recommendations and plan

After our conversation, I provide clear recommendations for your diet and lifestyle. This could be changing habits, selecting foods, energy tips or even just supporting you to feel better.

It is important that the changes bring real results, so I will be in touch for additional questions and corrections. You can contact me for advice throughout the process.
